    Help your team unlock new strategies for a better work culture to retain talent while learning new tools for team collaboration

    The participants get to build with their own experiences and opinions actions to take at their work to create an inclusive environment.

  • Identity and Privilege

    We discuss how identity is built with practical exercises that brings up open discussions about how we all perceive identity.

    Followed by discussions on how to identify our own privilege and use it to support changes in systems.

  • The New Face Of CSR

    A lecture on the new ways companies are exploring transparency and social responsibility.

    What is green and pink washing? How can we communicate in an authentic way to our customers and how to align values to company operations.

 

OUR VISION is to instill these values and knowledge in the future leaders of the industry to ensure that they create spaces for inclusion and diversity in their future workspaces.
